Back Pain: It is a history now

THE way I was trying to heal myself out of back pain is obviously the inner healing power of myself. To do that I discover the how to relief from it?

1. Meditation
2. Sleep properly
3. Stay safe from catching cold

Meditation is the most important thing in the process.
